Lenovo asserts that its new IdeaPad Duet 3i is an ideal student 2-in-1 PC, with its light chassis that packs a generationally-upgraded display and a battery rated for up to 8.5 hours of battery life with fast USB type-C charging. It boasts the latest Intel platforms for its form-factor, with support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.

Lenovo’s new Ideapad Duet 3i is a 2-in-1 with its own detachable “Folio Case“, like the last PC of that name. However, the version making its debut at MWC 2023 has a new and potentially improved 11-inch touch IPS display. The 5:3 panel supports 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and boasts a 400-nit max brightness rating.

It is found in a “slim, elegant and portable” chassis weighing as little as 697g (1.53lb) in some configurations. The “versatile” new PC runs Windows 11 Home or Pro using the latest Intel N100 or N200 platforms for “powerful” performance.

The IdeaPad Duet 3i (11-inch, 8) also offers 2 USB type-C ports as well as a 3.5mm jack, one of which supports Rapid Charge Boost technology that restores about 2 hours of run-time after a 15-minute charge. Its.

Accordingly, Lenovo touts the new Duet-series 2-in-1 as an ideal device for learning either remotely or on the go, particularly with its front- and rear-facing camera upgrades compared to its 10-inch forebear, at 5MP and 8MP respectively. It may also be an affordable student option, starting at €449 (~US$476) in EMEA from June 2023.

Then again, the last-gen IdeaPad Duet 3i is even cheaper now on Amazon.
