The Honor Magic Vs Ultimate, also known as Honor Magic Vs Prestige Edition was announced in November 2022 and is a flagship foldable smartphone. The Magic Vs Ultimate equips a 7.9 inches Foldable OLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate support. Additionally, the 6.45 inches OLED cover display has 120Hz refresh rate support. For software, the smartphone runs on the Android 12 OS with Magic UI 7 custom interface. The Honor Magic Vs Ultimate provides a robust performance with the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC integrated with Adreno 730 GPU. Besides this, you get a single variant accompanying 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. For photography, the Magic Vs Ultimate has a 54MP triple rear setup alongside a 16MP selfie camera. You will be able to record 4K videos at 60fps with gyro-EIS support from the main camera. Furthermore, the smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers support. Apart from this, the smartphone has a huge Li-Po 5000 mAh battery with 66W fast charging and 5W reverse charging support. Qualcomm Adreno 730: Graphics chip for smartphones and tablets that is integrated within the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. Qualcomm claims that it is 30% faster than the Adreno 660 in the Snapdragon 888 SoC. For Android it should be one of the fastest graphics cards in late 2021.

Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

SD 8+ Gen 1: High-end SoC for smartphones that was introduced in late 2021 and manufactured in 4 nm at TSMC. Integrates one “Prime Core” based on a ARM Cortex-X2 architecture clocked at up to 3.2 GHz. Three more performance cores are based on the A710 but clock up to 2.5 GHz. Furthermore, four energy saving cores are integrated that are based on the ARM Cortex-A510 architecture and clock at up to 1.8 GHz. In addition to the processor cores, the SoC integrates a WiFi 6e modem, a Hexagon DSP (for AI acceleration) and a Spectra ISP. The integrated memory controller supports fast LPDDR5 memory with up to 3,200 MHz. 5G is now included in the chip with the Snapdragon X65 modem. Compared to the non plus version, the 8+ Gen 1 offers a 200 MHz higher clocked Prime Core and a 10% higher clocked GPU.
