DDIs Global Leadership Forecast 2025, based on input from more than 10,000 leaders and over 2,000 organizations worldwide, identified trust, burnout, bench strength, and future-ready leadership skills as major concerns. The study also found that 40% of stressed leaders have considered leaving leadership roles to improve their well-being.

Companies often invest heavily in technology, strategy, and process, but leadership is what determines whether those investments turn into results, added Duarte Camacho. The organizations that will stand out are those that develop leaders who can make decisions faster, communicate with purpose, and build teams that remain engaged even under pressure.
