Scientific & Medical Equipment House Co. said it won a project tender with Tabuk Health Cluster, at a total value of SAR 61.81 million (including VAT).
The project tender is for the provision of maintenance, cleaning, and non-medical operation services at Umluj Hospital in the Tabuk Region over a period of 60 months, it said in a Tadawul statement.
According to the company, the financial impact of the project is expected to commence during Q4 2026. There are no related parties involved in the deal.
The company also confirmed that the award decision does not create any legal or financial obligation on the government entity unless and until the contract is executed by all parties.
Any material developments will be announced in due course in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, it added.
