New facilities CEO for Robertson

Mole has worked at Robertson for the last eight years, most recently as executive managing director of Robertson Facilities Management. With over three decades of industry experience, Adrian has, Robertson says, been instrumental in driving the success of the facilities management offering by securing and delivering major contracts while supporting expansion across the UK.

Mole said, “The facilities management industry is constantly evolving, presenting both opportunities and challenges. By remaining committed to embracing innovation, adopting new technologies and developing long-term partnerships, we will continue to meet the changing demands to ensure sustainable growth.

“I’m proud to play a key role in this next chapter, where our focus remains on delivering service excellence for our clients across existing and new geographies.”

Elliot Robertson, CEO, Robertson Group, said: “RFM has been established as part of the next stage of evolution for Robertson Group as it celebrates 60 years of successful trading.

“Over the last eight years, Adrian’s leadership has been central to the organic growth of our facilities management offering and in helping establish the new brand. RFM will further enhance its presence across UK markets by creating efficiencies for clients in both the public and private sectors.”

The newly branded RFM will remain a Robertson family-owned business, supported by the Robertson Group Board.
