SOME 117 local government units (LGUs) across the country are facing charges before the Office of the Ombudsman for alleged violations in connection with the establishment of the mandated electronic Business One-Stop Shop (eBOSS), the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) said on Wednesday.
ARTA Secretary Ernesto Perez, however, declined to say if there were LGUs in the National Capital Region included in the complaints filed before the anti-graft office.
