The parade will roll Uptown beginning at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday.

New Orleans Saints legend and now Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees will ride in the Bacchus parade on Sunday evening.

Brees will be on a special float designed by Barry Kern that will feature a statue of Brees and a LED lighted sign that will read, “Thank you, Who Dat Nation.”

This will be the 3rd time Brees has participated in Bacchus. He previously rode in 2007 and in 2010, served as their Grand Marshal.

Bacchus will roll down on their traditional Uptown route starting at 5:15 p.m on Sunday. This year’s theme is “Bacchus Celebrates America 250.”
