19-time Belgian Pro League winners Club Brugge have turned down two offers for Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 24-year-old has been linked with Aston Villa and Galatasaray in recent weeks after a brilliant outing with Nigeria at the AFCON 2025 tournament in Morocco.
Onyedika had already agreed to personal terms with Galatasaray during the summer transfer window, although AS Monaco and Eintracht Frankfurt were also interested in his services.
Club Brugge demanded 25 million euros for Onyedika, while Okan Buruk’s side instead submitted a loan offer of €5m, including a mandatory purchase option of €15m to be paid at the end of next season, but the bid was rejected by the Belgian side.

Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen revealed he’s doing his best to bring the ex-Midtjylland midfielder, alongside Ademola Lookman, to RAMS Park.
“I spoke with Onyedika during the Africa Cup of Nations. I also spoke with Lookman during the matches we played for the World Cup,” Osimhen was quoted as saying by Futboo.
“I told them about the Galatasaray fans, how big a club we are, and the beauty of the country. They are adults. They will make their own decisions.”

As per the Belgium outlet, HLN, Galatasaray have lodged a fresh bid for Onyedika, but Club Brugge are unwilling to cooperate with the Turkish side for a deal in the winter transfer window, turning Gala down twice.
The Turkish side have a shortlist of three midfielders – Fabian Ruiz (Paris Saint-Germain), Pape Gueye (Villareal), and Onyedika.
Still, Die Blauw-Zwart are against parting ways with their prized asset in January, but it is believed a departure in the summer should be negotiable. If Brugge continues to hold out, Galatasaray might move on to their other options.
Additionally, Club Brugge would rather do business with clubs in England, Spain, Italy and Germany rather than Turkish sides.

Since joining Club Brugge in 2022, the now Onyedika has been a key player in Club Brugge’s midfield, playing 165 games for the Belgian side, scoring eight goals.
