Ajanaku Don Throw Fresh FM For Court Over Lie Matter

Ibadan, Oyo State – Renowned businessman and political heavyweight, Otunba Rotimi Ajanaku, don wahala Fresh FM Nigeria as e accuse dem of broadcasting false claims wey don scatter him good name. According to am, dem so-called reports dey cause serious damage to him reputation. E don engage him lawyer, Obisesan & Co. (The Law Union), wey serve Fresh FM CEO at Ayefele Music House one strong petition wey demand public apology, make dem stop all further defamatory talk and pay ₦100 million damage.

The issue start on August 13, 2025, when Fresh FM carry one gist wey say Ajanaku hotel construction for Imalefalafia community dey block road, cause flooding and yan say e don spoil waec master plan of the late Pa Obafemi Awolowo for the area. But wetin matter be? Dem no even bother to contact Ajanaku or check the facts like official survey plan before dem go air this kind sepe. (Wetin them dey think sef? Na so rumor dem take spoil paddy’s life?)

Ajanaku still dey hold ground say e follow all the laws when e dey acquire the land, get all government approvals for him Dino Hotel project, and even start construction under proper supervision. Him lawyers no dey play as dem argue say Fresh FM don breach him right to fair hearing, and dem dey turn the station to tool for wahala. Dem even quote Section 375 of Nigerian Criminal Code wey talk say na “defamatory matter” and how dem fit get serious civil and criminal wahala for the matter.

The petition warn Fresh FM say dem get seven days to comply or dem go see court o! Dem also talk say dem go report dem to Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) for no verifying wetin dem dey talk before bringing am on air. “This kind development no suppose dey happen for Fresh FM level,” dem talk. “Ajanaku na man wey everybody dey respect, leader wey don dey do philanthropy, and people go fit talk say he dey loved by the community.”

As of the time wey dem dey publish this level, Fresh FM no don react to Ajanaku’s allegations and di wahala wey don land on top dem table. (E go sweet if dem do follow up with this issue like better Naija movie, abi?)
