In what could prove to be an enjoyable Pro League battle on Wednesday night, Genk will welcome Charleroi to the Cegeka Arena.

It should also be highlighted, Fink’s men have seen all of their first six outings finish with both teams finding the net.
As for the visitors, while Charleroi might have suffered major heartbreak back in July as they watched their Europa Conference League adventure come to an end following a 2-1 loss against Swedish outfit Hammarby, the Zebras have certainly turned a real corner on either side of September’s international break. Marking their return to Pro League duties over the weekend with a dramatic 3-2 victory away at Cercle Brugge, Rio De Mil’s men should find the mood in their camp at a high. Heading into September’s fortnight interval with a stellar 3-1 win at home against Dender, the Hainaut-based outfit have recorded consecutive Pro League wins for the first time since opening up the new campaign. Likewise, registering seven points from their last three outings, Charleroi have skyrocketed their way up the Pro League standings. However, it is worth noting, Wednesday’s guests have seen six of their previous seven matchups across all competitions finish with both teams getting on the scoresheet.
