Sexiest Man in Winnipeg

If you’ve ever wondered who has the most rizz in the so-called Gateway to the West, Prime Video’s got you covered.

The streamer has unveiled a new documentary called The Sexiest Man in Winnipeg, which tells the true story of Steve Vogelsang, a popular former sports anchor who shocked the Prairies when he became a bank robber in Saskatchewan. The film was directed by Academy Award nominee Charlie Siskel (Finding Vivian Maier) and Ben Daughtrey and narrated and co-produced by Toronto’s own Will Arnett.

The Sexiest Man in Winnipeg premieres on Prime Video on May 8. It’s part of the streamer’s larger investment into Canadian content, which includes a big Ontario production hub and original titles like The Tragically Hip: No Dress Rehearsal and All or Nothing: Toronto Maple Leafs documentaries, LOL: Last One Laughing Canada reality competition series and Three Pines drama series.

Prime Video is included with an Amazon Prime membership, which costs $99/year. An additional $2.99/month fee is required to remove ads.
