Broadstreet Global has opened a new extended-stay hotel, Element by Marriott Charleston Airport, catering to the increasing demand in North Charleston, one of South Carolina’s fastest-growing areas.

Broadstreet Global, in partnership with Contender, has announced opening a new extended-stay hotel, the Element by Marriott Charleston Airport. The hotel is located at 5054 Erin Court in North Charleston, an area witnessing economic expansion and rising demand for flexible accommodations.

The hotel is strategically positioned near Charleston International Airport, Tanger Outlets, North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center, Boeing’s South Carolina campus, and Joint Base Charleston. This location offers guests easy access to major business, retail, and entertainment centers.

Designed to cater to the health-conscious, active traveler, the 123-room hotel features spacious layouts, eco-friendly design, and long-stay amenities. Hospitality America, a Greenville-based hotel management company, operates the Element by Marriott Charleston Airport.

The hotel merges the comforts of residential living with hotel services. It offers fully equipped in-room kitchens with ENERGY STAR® appliances, the brand’s signature Heavenly® Bed, spa-inspired bathrooms with all-natural amenities, ergonomic workspaces, a 24/7 Motion® fitness center, a natural saline pool, free Wi-Fi, flexible meeting spaces, and the brand’s signature Rise® breakfast and Relax® evening reception.
