Looking to make an immediate return to winning ways on Thursday morning, Western United will travel to the Suncorp Stadium when they meet Brisbane.

Scrapping it out at the top of the table, Thursday’s guests could officially punch their play-off ticket here. In fact, Western United open their trip to Brisbane sat just two points adrift of finding a route into the AFC Champions League spots. Handed what is a golden opportunity in midweek, Aloisi’s side will also be excited by their most recent meeting against the Lions. Securing a 1-0 win when they welcomed Brisbane to Ironbark Fields back on December 29th, they have also lost just a pair of their seven historic trips to the Suncorp Stadium.
