Real reason behind Shorn Arwa’s YouTube break & move to Dubai

Kenyan lifestyle creator Shorn Arwa has opened up about her break from YouTube, giving fans an update on her life and the exciting developments that have kept her occupied.

The mother of one, who is married to a Nigerian, revealed the reasons behind her hiatus and explained her recent relocation to Dubai.

Why Shorn took a step back from YouTube

In a YouTube video, Shorn shared that one of the reasons for her absence was a deliberate decision to prioritise her family.

She revealed that her husband was present, and she wanted to dedicate quality time to her roles as a mother and wife.

I had a lot going on with family and business. My husband and I were together, and sometimes I just want to focus on being a mummy and wife.

Shorn added that she values intimacy and family time, especially with her husband and young child. This motivated her to step away temporarily from her online platforms to focus on what matters most to her.

A chapter in Dubai

Shorn also disclosed that she and her husband decided to relocate to Dubai for a short period. She described the move as a holiday and an opportunity for the couple to spend time together.

My husband and I decided to relocate to Dubai for a holiday and have some time together…I might stay here for a month or so, depending on what we decide, and then I’ll return to the U.K.

Launching new business

In addition to focusing on her family, Shorn revealed that she has been busy establishing a new business aimed at helping women achieve their ideal bodies. She described the venture as time-consuming but rewarding.

I have started a business to teach women how to lose weight and get their perfect bodies back instantly.

According to Shorn, her company ships products globally, including to the UK, US, Canada, and Jamaica.

Customers can expect results within two weeks, making it a popular choice for those struggling with weight issues. “In all honesty, it took my focus, and sometimes I found myself forgetting YouTube,” she admitted.

Managing multiple cocial meddia platforms

Another factor contributing to her YouTube absence was the challenge of managing her many social media accounts.

Shorn revealed that she personally handles almost eight accounts, which became overwhelming. “Handling all those platforms on my own meant that one would suffer, and unfortunately, it was YouTube,” she explained.

Despite the challenges, Shorn expressed gratitude for the support from her fans and hinted at her return to creating content for YouTube.

With her plans to stay in Dubai for a while and her growing business, fans can look forward to more updates from the vibrant content creator.
