Tiger Woods, apart from being the most decorated golfer, is a true family man too. He has been seen supporting and loving his family in every instance possible. Earlier this year, Woods saw support from her mother and son at the TGL’s SoFi Center. However, the sudden demise has left the family in shock. Even Woods was seen withdrawing his name to recover from the loss.

Now, almost after a month, a great wave of joy has left social media amazed with the support of Woods for her daughter Sam Woods. And with the support, she ends the curse of zero victory for her team. Woods’s daughter plays as the captain of the Benjamin High School girls’ soccer team. And recently, she has helped the team win their first-ever state championship title.

Well, amid the celebration wave in the crowd, there was a familiar face that took the attention. It was no one other than Tiger Woods, who was seen celebrating her daughter’s achievement. A recent post shared by Twspot shared a glimpse of it. The post read, “????????️???? #PROUD DAD — Tiger Woods cheered and celebrated alongside fellow parents as his daughter Sam’s school won the Florida State Soccer Championship last night in DeLand, FL. After the TGL match mishap where Kevin Kisner’s shot hit the flagstick left the stadium, especially Tiger Woods laughing in tears. Now, with the great feat of his daughter, the golfer was seen celebrating.

The State Championship match took place on March 1, 2025, where Benjamin High School played against Lakeland Christian. Until the half-time, junior Woods’s team was falling behind with a 1-0 score. Apart from the great career that the golfer has accomplished with his most PGA Tour wins, career earnings, and consecutive cuts made. There has been constant support from his daughter on and off the course. At the PNC Championship, the father-son duo was being supported by Sam Woods as a caddie. Well, this is just one instance. In life’s rough phases, it was Sam who braced him.

Back in the days when the Big Cat struggled through the separation phase with his better half, Elin Nordengren. Woods was open to sharing his feelings with his daughter. He said in 2015, “Guys, the reason why we’re not in the same house, why we don’t live under the same roof, Mommy and Daddy, is because Daddy made some mistakes.”

Even with the demise of Kultida Woods, it was her daughter’s great accomplishment who brought back the happiness in the life of the golfer. Notably, Woods named Sam after his father. “My father had always called me Sam since the day I was born. He rarely ever called me Tiger. I would ask him, ‘Why don’t you ever call me Tiger?’ He says, ‘Well, you look more like a Sam,” he shared the conversation with his father in 2007.

The bond between the father and son can be seen on the course. But even for the daughter Woods, love can be seen on and off the course. With the recent images, it brings joy to the golf world to see the legendary golfer coping with the huge loss of his mother. Hope to see him continue with the positive in his upcoming presence at the PGA Tour events.
