Lady Alerts Parents As Harmful Candies Enter Nigerian Schools

A Nigerian lady has raised alarm over harmful drugs disguised as candies reportedly making their way into schools across the country, urging parents to be vigilant.

In a post shared on the social media platform X, the concerned lady @talk2veee revealed hearing about a dangerous candy-like substance capable of harming children.

She disclosed that the drug, known as “strawberry quick” or “strawberry meth,” allegedly comes in various flavors, including chocolate, peanut butter, cola, cherry, grape, and orange.

She further urged parents to educate their children about the dangers of accepting candies, emphasizing the importance of staying cautious.

Sharing her concerns, Vee wrote:

“I hear it has found its way into Nigerian schools. I hope it’s a hoax, but it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Please instruct your children not to accept candy from strangers or even from friends who may have unknowingly received it, thinking it’s harmless.

Encourage them to report any suspicious candies to a teacher or principal. Let’s prevent any tragedies from occurring.”

The post quickly went viral, drawing reactions from concerned individuals who flooded the comment section to share their thoughts and concerns.
