vivo X200 and X200 Pro launched in India

The vivo X200 and vivo X200 Pro, unveiled in China in October, debuted today in India. The vivo X200 comes in Natural Green and Cosmos Black colors with two memory options – 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB, priced at INR65,999 ($780/€740) and INR71,999 ($850/€810), respectively.

The vivo X200 Pro also comes in Cosmos Black color, which is joined by a Titanium Grey version. It’s the first time in the past few years that a Pro model in India got multiple colors since the X80 Pro, X90 Pro, and X100 Pro only had the black option in India.

That said, the vivo X200 Pro is offered in a lone 16GB/512GB configuration, priced at INR94,999 ($1,120/€1,065). We’d have also liked to see the 12GB/256GB model launch in India since that would have lowered the entry barrier for customers. Anyway, the vivo X200 and vivo X200 Pro are already up for pre-orders through vivo’s Indian website, and sales will kick off on December 19 through vivo’s online store, Flipkart, Amazon.in, and other offline retailers.

The vivo X200 and X200 Pro are powered by the Dimensity 9400 SoC, boot Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15, and come with the promise of four years of Android version upgrades and five years of security updates.

You can head this way for a detailed specs comparison of the vivo X200 and X200 Pro. After that, you can read our vivo X200 Pro’s detailed review to learn more about it. If you are interested in the vivo X200, you can read our first impressions here.

The X200 series also includes the vivo X200 Pro mini, but we have confirmation that it’s not coming to India. In fact, the next 2-3 generations of Pro mini are unlikely to launch outside China, unless there’s a change of plans.
