Founder, communications expert, writer, wellness advocate, and podcast host Kaci Baez launches Fieldrose, which consists of a blog, communications venture, and authentic videos meant to shine a light on the importance of talking about health and foster collaborations that improve people’s lives. In her new videos, Kaci candidly reflects for the first time on her own lifelong struggles with health and shares her “before and after” transformation, along with thoughts on the most surprising thing about moving to Austin, Texas.

Announcing the launch of Fieldrose, which consists of a new collaborative wellness-driven communications venture, blog, and videos. Based in Austin, Texas, and founded by communications veteran, wellness advocate, and health communications writer, marketer, editor, creator, and podcast host Kaci Baez, Fieldrose features authentic content and information designed to encourage positive conversations about health, wellness, and non-toxic communication. Fieldrose offers never-before-shared stories and videos related to the Baez’s own lifelong journey and battles with health-related issues, including chronic fatigue, chronic stress, PCOS, anxiety, the struggle to find balance as a mom and a human, and PTSD, and seeks to encourage, share, and elevate stories and research-backed information with others to help build community and connections.

“Struggling with health issues can be frustrating, isolating, and confusing. I believe in the collective healing powers of crowdsourced wellness, the arts, and comedy to shed light on the stigma and fear that so many have when it comes to talking about health, a silent and widespread panic attack that is contributing to the rising rates of chronic disease globally and fueling generational trauma and health-related gaslighting,” said Baez. Fieldrose also offers strategic consulting, writing, content marketing, and other partnership opportunities for mission-driven brands in the health, wellness, arts, culture, museum, and fitness industries on a local, national, and international level.
