Today, Mythical Games has announced the launch of NFL Rivals for iOS and Android. As you’ve probably guessed from the name, it’s an American Football game that sees you try and lead your chosen team to greatness as the GM. It also features digital ownership tech powered by Web3, meaning you can collect and trade your in-game assets.
However, aside from picking your roster, you will get involved on the field too. NFL Rivals has opted for arcade-style gameplay where everything is fast-paced and a little more cartoonish than some of the more realistic-leaning options available on mobile.
The game is now in early access, coinciding with the 2023 NFL Draft. The developers are calling this period Offseason, and it will commemorate the real-life draft by running a series of events and giving away player packs.
