PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium game catalogue for April includes Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Doom Eternal, The Evil Within, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, and more. PS Plus Premium subscribers also get to play the original Doom Games and Dishonored. All the games will be playable on April 18.

PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium users are in for a treat this month. Sony has revealed the titles set to arrive on the platform, and it is stacked with many high-quality AAA games spanning a wide range of genres. Both PS4 and PS5 versions of the game will be playable, provided the latter exists. The star of the show is Kena: Bridge of Spirits, a critically-acclaimed action-adventure game from 2021 praised for its pleasing aesthetics and simplicity.

Next up for PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium subscribers, there’s Doom Eternal, the 2020 sequel to Doom 2016. It continues the Doom Slayer’s adventures and ties up some loose ends left in the original. Although its combat is just as fast-paced as its predecessor, Doom Eternal introduces plenty of changes, the most notable being a grappling hook. While it is recommended to play Doom 2016 before jumping into Doom Eternal, one can jump into the game without any prior knowledge and still have fun.

Other notable PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium titles include Ubisoft’s Rider’s Republic, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Slay the Spire, and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. It also has a hidden gem in the form of The Evil Within, a 2014 survival horror game that redefined the genre. Lastly, PlayStation Plus Premium members get access to golden oldies such as Doom, Doom II, Doom 64 and Doom 3 and Dishonored: Definitive Edition.
