Watch: Jonathan Kuminga adds another highlight reel dunk with high-flying putback vs. Pelicans

With each game for the Golden State Warriors, there seems to be another highlight reel dunk for Jonathan Kuminga.

After battling Portland’s Shaedon Sharpe in a dunk contest of their own at Chase Center on Tuesday, Kuminga didn’t slow down with the above-the-rim theatrics in front of the San Francisco crowd.

Following a Jordan Poole miss, The G League Ignite product soared toward the rim for a two-handed rim-rocking putback dunk. The Warriors’ bench went into a frenzy, especially Steph Curry.

Yet, Kuminga wasn’t done, the high-flying sophomore forward added another highlight-worthy dunk during the final stretch of the game. With the Warriors only trailing by two, Donte DiVincenzo found Kuminga after an offensive rebound. Kuminga punched down another two-handed slam to push Golden State’s advantage to four points with a little over two minutes remaining in the contest.

Along with a pair of dunks, Kuminga continued his impressive stretch of play on the way to the Warriors’ fifth straight victory. During Golden State’s win over New Orleans, Kuminga tallied 19 points on 9-of-13 shooting from the field with seven boards and four steals in 32 minutes off the bench on Friday night.

Kuminga and the Warriors will be back on the floor on Sunday afternoon against the Los Angeles Lakers at 12:30 p.m. PT in Hollywood.
