With a list price of US$1,299.99, the LG UltraGear 32GQ950-B is a gaming monitor compatible with both NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Its highlights include VESA DisplayHDR 1000 compliance, 1 ms response time, 144 Hz refresh, and a new price of US$996.99, which is the result of a generous 23% discount.

Available for purchase since early June, last year, the LG UltraGear 32GQ950-B is a 32-inch gaming monitor that uses a Nano IPS panel. This improved IPS technology was originally developed by LG and the first products to use it became comercially available in 2019. Basically, this monitor is a LED monitor with local dimming, similar to Samsung’s QLED products. Those interested can now grab the LG UltraGear 32GQ950-B from Amazon for US$996.99, which translates to a 23% drop from the list price of US$1,299.99.

The highlights of this UHD VESA DisplayHDR 1000 compliant monitor include NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support, 1 ms GtG response time, 144 Hz refresh rate, adjustable height/pivot/tilt, adaptive sync, a set of customized game modes, black stabilization technology, 450 nits typical brightness, 178-degree viewing angles, as well as a 98% DCI-P3 color gamut. In terms of connectivity, it comes with 2 X HDMI and a single DP connector, but it also features two USB 3.0 ports (one upstream and one downstream) and a 3.5 mm headphone out jack.

In addition to the Amazon deal mentioned earlier, those interested can also order the LG UltraGear 32GQ950-B directly from LG. In this case, a US$300 discount is involved. LG has this monitor listed for the same regular price of US$1,299.99, so the discounted price of US$999.99 is only US$3 higher than Amazon’s.
