According to a new report, Xiaomi has settled on availability dates for the global versions of the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The same leak also outlines launch pricing, as well as memory configurations.

Earlier this month, Xiaomi hinted at introducing new hardware during MWC 2023, which runs between February 27 and March 2. While the company has not hinted at what new hardware it plans to showcase during this year’s trade show, it is assumed that at least global versions of the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro are up for release, along with the Xiaomi 13 Lite. For reference, the Google Play console recently revealed the Xiaomi 13 Lite as the global version of the CIVI 2, which debuted in September.

According to @billbil_kun, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro will be available from March 8. Additionally, the leaker claims that Xiaomi will run a pre-order period, although they have not disclosed when this begins. If Xiaomi’s MWC 2023 teaser is anything to go by, then the Xiaomi 13 series’ pre-order period may only last a week. Typically, Xiaomi offers discounts and complimentary devices during these pre-order periods, as it did with the Xiaomi 12T Pro in October and its free Redmi Pad.

The leaker adds the Xiaomi 13 will start at €999 in black, green and white colourways. In other words, the colourful options that the company revealed in December as the Xiaomi 13 Limited Edition will be Chinese exclusives, as will the blue versions of the standard edition. Purportedly, the Xiaomi 13 will start at €999 with 256 GB of storage, €100 more than the equivalent Xiaomi 12 model. Still, the Xiaomi 13 could prove to be €150 more expensive than the cheapest Xiaomi 12 configuration. It remains to be seen whether there will be any 512 GB of storage or 12 GB of RAM variants, though.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13 Pro is rumoured to come in at €1,299 with 256 GB of storage, but only in black and white colourways. In comparison, the Xiaomi 12 Pro started at €1,149. Hence, it seems that Xiaomi has raised the prices of its flagships by €150 across the board, despite the strengthening of the Euro in recent months.
